Hello,i have passed through here before, and i forgot about it since like forever ago.. it helped alot last time i was here i lost 30 lbs... but needless to say i gained it back plus some lol...well im not looking to lose weight fast i know that in order to keep it off i need to make it a life style right? lol anyways i recently started seeing a doctor but the problem is i keep screwing up on the plan i just need some motivation i think, i've been on the plan for two weeks lost 6 lbs the first week started my period(shudders) and gained 4 lbs.... i dont know what to do i weigh in tomarrow and i need help getting back on track.. sorry this is so long but i really just need help once i screw up i end up giving up. i havent given up yet but im prtty close to it any advice on how to prevent future screw ups would be nice. thanks for listening to me ramble on ... cayla
