people when you strave yourself you matablizm slows down and we dont want that cause the faster it is the easyer it is to lose weight just some advise cause i have read some post that say you dont eat breakfast and thats the most important meal cause thats like right after you wake up and you havent eaten for like 8 hours and your body needs food! for the rest of the day even a half of a apple helps..
