Hey I am 6'3 and i used to weight 300pounds. I am now down to 230 and alot is now muscle. It was so hard for me to get down that much but it is alot easyer now. I just ate half of everything and when I was hungry I would drink water or diet soda. For exercise I would hit a boxing bag and play the drums. I know playing the drums is not exercise but you get but it is if you play them hard and fast. So if any of you wanna talk email me at I think I could help...
