I've done great today! For breakfast I had turkey pepperoni (high in protein) then for lunch I had a salad with a small amount of dressing and some broccolli bread. Then for supper I had a bowl of mini wheats (high in fiber). Well I think I did really good considering I usually stuff myself full of sweets. lol well anyway in 1 day I lost 1 lbs so I'm down to 125... my mini goal is 120 then 115 then 110. So yeah I really hope I keep going good. Good luck everybody!
