I used to weigh 165 in March and i'm only 5'2! My mom bought an exercise machine, that's like stair stepping but mixed with running and with dieting, I now weigh 123lbs. I've still got about 10 to go but if you keep exercising at least 20 minutes a day, 5 times a week and eat 6 meals...yes 6! you'll lose weight. The 6 meals a day boosts your metabolism so you burn more fat. Keep the calorie intake under 1200 though. Eat healthy snack (yogurt, fruits) and just exercise!
