From june bug, Age 14

it is day 3 on the 6 week body makeover and yes the food is goodness that bad! but so far i have lost 4 pounds i went from a 211 to a 207 by just eating:grape fruitveggiesfish, turkey and chickenalso i have been fast walking for 10 minutes as well as drinking 8 glasses of water..4 pounds is a lot for me! and i was sooo happy when i got on the scale this morning and its just awesome!
