hey evverybody! i hope u all are doin great!! about two weeks ago i started this progam at one of the hospitals here an they teach u healthy eating an exercising an we even do exercises during the class. the last class we used those big balls (i think sum ppl would kno them as the pilates balls) and omg let me tell u they are soo awesome. its really amazing how many muscles u can work with i think. i was really sore the next day an i was totally siked. so far this summer i havent lost any weight like i was planning on. i wanted to lose 20 to 30 lbs by the time school starts sept. 1 an i tried the slim fast diet an for about a week to two weeks i was doin good but it was just too restrictive for me an i always felt like i was missing somethin. this class im in now teaches us all about portion control and let me tell u my protions were no where near right but im doing alot better. they also tell us that no food should be unallowed into ur eating habits because u do need sum fat in ur diet an u should have little portions of sweets so u dont feel like ur missing out. i really hope to lose sum weight by the time the program is over on aug. 28(the day after my 16 bday yay lol)so ya..but hope everybodys doin great im sure everybody is if anybody wants to talk my email is swtashunni06@aol.com feel free to email me with anything. bye
