This morning I ate 4 pieces of french toast w/ butter, syrup, powder sugar and a glass of 2% milk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And here in an hour I am going over to babysit my cousins and there house NEVER has any food for someone who is trying to lose weight!!!! What should I do? I don't think I will be hungry for a while, so maybe I can wait until 6 to eat again and by then, I will be home so I can eat some healthy food, maybe, we don't have any either right now, I will make my mom go and get me some! Does anybody have any idea of what I should do? I really DID want to lose 15 pounds b4 aug 30th but now I don't think I can make it, expecially if I don't start eating healthy! Help me! Please!!!! THANKS!!!
