today i had 1200 calories- instant rasins and spice oatmeal with 2/3 cup milk, fat free yougurt with fat free frozen rasberries, one fat free synders pretzel, 2 pieces of gum, skinless chicken breast, 6 fat free croutons and 2 tbs peanut butter...is this bad or good? I heard if you have peanut butter as your only fat intake for the day you'll lose weight
