Hi evryone! This is my forst time here and you know all those hype diets that say you don't have to exercise you can just sit around? Well guess what they dont work! For my birthday, instead of a bunch of clothes, I asked fir a Fitness Studio membership. When I started out two weeks ago, I weighed 263 lbs. Just after two weeks, and a little portion control, I now weigh 251 lbs. and man did I work my butt off (literally). I was sick of being overweight or rather 'morbidly obese' so I am changing and with a lot of work you can too!
