Guess what everyone, I lost 6 pounds, I was 170, now I am 164. Today I have eaten: Breakfast: 1 cup of cereal w/skim milk. Snack: Banana Lunch: Big salad w/fat free dressing. For dinner i am going to have a lean cusine pizza. I am so proud of myself. For exercise I walked for an hour and 30 minutes. I have to have no cheat days for 2 weeks. Because in two weeks I am going on vacation and get a hotel, so there will be a pool. I want to look ok in my swimsuit. I am so excited!! I hope everyone is doing good!
