hey i'm trying out all these ideas that you guys have..like the 6 day liquid fasting and then the 7 day diet! and i allready do 50 sit ups a night which is hard but i do them!! and i'm more motivated then ever!! so i'll keep you guys updated on my results i'm currently 147.5 so i'm trying to get down in the 120's so wish me luck and i wish everyone else luck and keep up what ur doing!! -Ash
