~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

hey you guys, i read in many places and talked to my dietitain and they said that if you overeat one day or eat to little calories that you can make up for it during the next day. Your body dosen't start fresh each new day, and after doing research to awenser my own question i posted earlier i came to this conclusion. If you have to many calories one day, reduce your calories the next day by how many you indulged in and try to only include moderate exercise, if you didn't eat as much as you should have, increase your calores you would have needed to reach yesterdays goal. I hope this helps and keeps some of you from being discouraged! Our mind set may think we can't go back, but our body gives us 2 days to treat it right!
