Hey peeps its me Mandi here to give you some good news. Everyday i get WebMd.com newsletters in my email so i can kill some time at work by researching the latest news in dieting and exercise. It really is quite handy. Well earlier this morning i stumbled upon this article about dark chocolate actually being good for you. Now i know youre thinking Chocolate?! Good for me?! NO EVIL BAD GET AWAY! But come to find out when i did go back to try to find that article again (so i could share it with you guys) i just found more and more articles about how a little bit of dark chocolate is good for you. All candys can be O.K. as long as they are moderated but hey, this can be our little reward each day. I have read that depriving yourself of the foods you love can only lead to depression but now come to find out, we can still have a bit of the stuff that most of us love...chocolate.
