here is for all of you who wanted me to post the 3 day diet:day 1: breakfast: 1 whole grapefruit early morning snack: 1/2 cup peaches and 1/2 cup yogurtearly afternoon snack: 1 apple lunch: 1/2 cup if mixed fruit, bake 4oz. eggplant, sliced, and 3 tbs. onion in 1/4 cup tomato sauce,until soft. top with 1/3 cup low fat mozzarella: broke until cheese melts.mid afternoon snack: 1/2 cup honey dew melonDinner: 1plum 6oz. salmon fillet marinated in 1 tbs of each of these; soy sauce, fresh ginger, and garlic, 3 tbs white wine and then brioled, 4 cups steamed spinach tossed with half of an orange, sectionedDay 2:Breakfast: toss sections of 1/2 grapefruit and 1 orangeearly morning snack: in a blender whip 1/2 cup plain fat free yogurt, 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries... its easier if you cut the strawberries in little peices that way there are no chunks... and then add a packet of sugar substitute... splenda is good its kinda expensive but it tastes just like real sugar...early afternoon snack: 1 baby tangerinelunch: 1/2 cup mixxed fruit, mix 3oz. of water packed tuna, drained, 2 tbs reduced calorie maynaise or miracle whip light, 1 tbs of onion and a celary stalk, stuff into a hollowed out green peppermid after noon snack: 1 peardinner: 1/2 cup of pineapple, 6oz. grilled lean steak, 6 grilled asperagus spears, 1 tomato halved, sprinkled with 2tbs parmesean cheese and broiledDay 3:Breakfast: 1 whole grapefruitEarly morning snack: 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheeseEarly afternoon snack: 1 nectarineLunch: 1/2 cup mixed fruit, toss 1 cup of each; argula, lettuce watercress and cucumber, 1 tbs olive oil, 2 tbs onion and balsalmic vinegar to taste. top with 3 oz. of cooked shrimp.Mid afternoon snack: blend 1 frozen banana, 1/2 cup fat free milk, 1tsp. vanilla extract and some ice.Dinner: 1 cantelope, 5oz. skinless chicken breast with 2tbs parmesaen broiled, with 2 cups steamed broccoli..thats it... if you dont like the menu waht you can do is mix it around with any combo of the items listed just as long as you are eating the same amount of fruit and protein a day... a good place to calculate the calories is calorieking.com I hope this diet does well for you... good luck love yaStevie-Marie feel free to email with any questions anytime... and email me when you have completed the diet and let me know how well it worked for you... i also have other diets like lose 24lbs in 21 days... also another good one if you have the patience.... again GOOD LUCK!!!
