hey , im on my 3rd day of my diet. so far ie had Breakfast-1 pc whole wheat toast,)calorie butter spray and 2 strwberries. Lunch-pbj on whole wheat and 8 cherrys. Snack-oyster crackers, 1/2 banana. For Dinner i will prolly have-1 pc. skinless chicken and veggies. my exercize- mowed big backyard lawn (its like 85 degrees here) wearing pants. and i will walk my dog after dinner. is this good???? please reply!!!
