Today I did good on my eating, but today I dont feel like walking. But one day off is ok right?Breakfast: I had grape nuts and a banana and Lunch: I had a turkey sandwich with mustard, lettuce, tomatoe, and cheese,and watermelon. Then for a snack I had a yogurt. Does that sound good? Im not sure what I will have for dinner, but I will try and find something healthy. I feel good though today, because I fed a stray dog food and water that was starving. He ate it all, and drank half the water! I see him a lot and he lives under this one tree, so I think I will feed him tomorrow. I know that it isnt about weight loss, but it makes you think that there are animals and people starving!
