Hello everyone! I'd like to introduce myself again, my name is marina, im 5'5 and i weigh alot, but im really working on reaching my goal, everyday except on weekends i go to a fitness club for women and i do a hour of exersize a day 3 days a week i do all 13 of the weight machines then 2 days a week i do cardio, cardio is when i exersize 20 minutes on the treadmill and 40 minutes on the bike, and i'm on this diet shake called carb solutions, it really works for me, i used to be on slim fast but slim fast has alot of sugar, anyway on the weekends i do a 1,2 or 3 mile workout video. so far i've lost 13lbs. in about 7 weeks, i'm working on loosing my weight slowly so i don't get sick or something. I also have a 1 week diet at 1400 calories a day and it's all healthy stuff, so if you would like me to send you one, i will happily do so :-). ok sorry this message is so long, lol. i hope to meet new people here, and share my experiance with everyone, have a great day everybody!!!!!!! :)
