okay one way im losing weight is dancing any type of dancing helps me i do all kinds.hip-hop- jazz-- booty dance-country- anything to get you moving. even if you make up your own just put on the radio in your room for an 30 mins to an hour and dance around- have fun .and the other tip is the game dance dance revolution if you play that game everyday for 30 mins to one hour you can lose over 30 pounds in 90 days.im not lying i dance everyday and im losing weight because it makes you moves around and just your heart is constanly racing and your body is just working everything it's a fun way to lose weight. this is just some tips if you like to dance.-mickey
