FOR ALL OF YOU WHO ARE STRUGGLING BETWEEN MAKING YOUR OWN DIET PLAN TO FOLLOW OR BUYING ONE...READ THIS!!!! I've been researching diet plans, eating techniques and things for years. I'm not that much overweight but I just need to lose a few pounds, but I can say honestly in the past I've eaten healthyfully and stayed at a healthy weight. Then I quit sports and became very inactive and was eating more. I devolped this plan I am actully following right now. It is bascilly developed for a sedenarty person that used to eat alot of carbohydrates and this is key: does not mind just having 3 meals a day, i know 6 small is better but I tend to overeat during those 6, so if you feel the same, this plan I have made is for you.If you would like a free food plan that I'm using for myself I made that includes fat free yougurt for breakfast and things such as salads, soy burgers, tuna, cereal, skim (fat free) milk, salmon and other types of foods along those lines please let me know!
