Hey you guys...Man..I weighed in at 138 today..which is pretty good considering I was 147 to begin and then lost to 135.5 and gained up to 140 again.. but I think I might have gained a little back because of the way I overate today..But I just saw the most awesome thing on TV..It was on VH1 and it was about the celebrity diets and one that caught my eye was the raw food diet..It when you ony eat raw and uncooked like fruits veggies, nuts and seeds all that good stuff..and they say it just melts the pounds right off..that motivated me and I also want to be healthy..and i think it will help me acheive that too. Even though I ate a lot today I'm going to start new tomorrow and try this diet. I want it to be a lifestyle change..not just a diet..They say it makes your skin glow your motabolism speed up and everything..I'm really excited..wish me luck. later Chels
