Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Hey guys i was just sitting here thinking to myself at work (we're not busy at all...its quite boring) about the last time i cheated and bought a starbucks on my way to the bank. I know what happened and i think that i can give myself & others some advice that might stop cheating. When i splurged and bought the starbucks i had money with me (obviusely) and i guess it was the feeling of knowing i had the money and i COULD buy it that overwhelmed the shrinking "no its bad" feeling. So a simple solution to this would be dont put yourself in a suituation where you could buy sweets for no reason. I guess its hard to say stop carrying money but it really makes sense if you think about it. I saw a post on here earlier about going to the movies, and knowing what to not eat and it got me thinking that what if the person only brought enough for the ticket then they wouldnt be tempted to buy more. I dont know if im making sense or not but it kinda makes sense to me. I'll shush now. Toodles!
