this might be a gay question...my mom doesn't my healthy food for the kids she thinks dieiting is bad forkids. So, Whats better--Breakfast hot pockets (just so you know there smaller than regular hot pockets) or nothign and lunch, Chicken fingers, Lean gOurmat Lasangua, Personal Pizza...So many choices...how do you compare calories and carb what is one is high in calories and then the other higher in carbs or sugar?? then I go to protien...am I doing this right?
