OMG....you guys wont guess what I just did today, I am soooooooo freaking tired!!!! I just got done running 4 miles and up and down stairs and playing bball and doing sprints and football drills all in 90 degree weather. I am beat, and I gotta go it all tomarrow and wedsnday, it is soooo tiring I was working from 8AM until 12:30PM and it was Hell!!, but I have such good news, it is now June I been excersising for about 3 months now....3 months ago I wieghed 393 Pounds right now I am happy to say that I wiegh 330...I am going for my goal of 200, I am so determined.. This is what I do for all this to happen: I don't watch my varbs and stuff like I should, but it seems like I just need to keep doing what I am doing...ok Breakfast: I have a bowl of frosted flakes or Rice Crispies with skim milk, and I eat an apple and a lil glass of skim milk Snack: I eat Pistacios or Grapes Lunch: I eat like Lunch meat and crackers, and if my mom is home she will make me a chicken breast, and I will eat that with some Green Beans or something, and I also drink lots! of water, I am like so Hooked on water now, I didnt like it at first, but I drink sooo much a day now, nothing is better than big Ol' Glass of Ice Water Dinner: I Have whatever my mom makes, but a very little portion with Lots of water, the key is to drink Lot's of water, and eat slowly it will fill you up very fast, Also I may eat a salad... Here is a tip, if you go to a fast food place, I suggest you go to taco bell or Mcdonalds and get there Fiesta salads for lunch or dinner, they are very very very good, and very filling, Mcdonalds meal also comes with a bottle of water whcih is good. So my tips for you today is to eat as little portions as possible, don't eat until you get super full, because you don't need it, and drink lots of water...If you do that you will loose at least 60 pounds within the next three months..garanteed, if I can do it I know anyone can!
