Hey guys! You know...I think I'm obsessed with this message board...everytime I see a cool site about weight loss I just think, "GOTTA TELL THE PEOPLE AT BLUBBERBUSTER.COM!!!" Lol ok here it is: this morning I did research on Green Tea. A couple lost 25lbs and 33lbs in 5 months drinking green tea without dieting and exercising! Pretty impressive, eh? Now, if you diet AND exercise AND DRINK TEA, your results would be even better, I'd assume. I've read in the past that green tea speeds up your metabolism by 10% on average (3 cups a day). NOW for the second awesome site I've stumbled across: http://www.weightlossfreenez.com/wst_page4.html It's not an incredibly attractive site, but everything makes sense, as it follows the insulin theory. Just incase you're wondering what the insulin theory is, it just means that when you eat sugary foods, your body secretes insulin which stores fat. So, if you don't have sugary foods at night, then you let the insulin level fall and you won't store fat! I'm a university student so I do lots of this scientific research...it's pretty interesting.
