hey yall!! well schools over so ive started my new diet an exercise. ive tried a ton of stuff already in my life so now im tryin sumthin new. im on the slim-fast diet right now. for breakfast you can have a slimfast meal bar or shake, morning snack a piece of fruit non fat yogurt or low fat cheese, lunch a slimfast shake or meal bar plus a piece of fruit, afternoon snack slimfast snack bar, veggies or low fat soup, dinner ex.4-6oz lean meat, fish or poultry, baked potato, 3 steamed veggies, tossed salad & fresh fruit, night snack air-popped popcorn, fat free pudding or pretzels. ill be able to eat 6x a day and still maintain my 1200 cal a day diet. im goin as low im my calories as i can and still being healthy because i got a lot of weight to lose. i wanna lose 30lbs this summer by the time school comes in the beginning of september. i really wanna stick to this because ive never been able to stick to one ever for more than a week or two or three. never enough to SEE results. does anybody got any advice? for exercise im not doing anythin specific im jus gonna keep active everyday as much of the day as i can. mondays an wednesdays i have softball for an hour an im gonna be runnin with one of my friends as much as possible an playin basketball an bike riding with my sister. im not gonna try an go to the gym like 7 days a week when all i gotta do is stay active as much as possible. do u think i can do it? at least 30lbs by september? if any1 can help with an advice or sumthin id really appreciate it. either reply here, email me at hunnie2788@hotmail.com, or instant me at baller hunnie 06 on aim. thanx!!
