OKee dokkeee, heres my update, pals!So, its been a week less a day since the "new me" has come through, i dunno its just like im eating healthy and exercising , but this tie, its not to look amazing or whatever, like that, its to be healthy. and thats whats important!Im graduating this year, so somtmies obviously a benefit is the looks lol so i hung up my grad dres son my mirror, and whenever i see it i am more motiivatated. But also, you must realize that willpower doesnt work. I mean, onestly, lol, im just learning this now, but its great for a lil short lil while, but then it dies down n out so yeah tommorow since itll hhave been a week, im going to weigh myself...by the way im 5"^ or 5"7 lol not quite sure of the height there! lol prob 5"6.5 lol, but yeah and i started off weighing 187. I hope i lost atleast 3 pounds in the week , i think thats healthy. Ive been walking for 20-40 minutes a day, everyday, and eating super healthy. TYoday i ate a cupcake which is pretty much the only junk ive eaten all week, but other than that ive been good. lol and deprivation doesnnt work either, it just make syou eat more and mroe and more in the end lol, so its good and okay to indlkdgue eevry now and then.
