hey guys!! i havent been here in a while an i jus thought id come an see wuts goin on. yesterday i bought dr. phil's sons book "the ultimate weight solution for teens" and ive jus gotten to key 1:right thinking. ive been totally siked for the summer to come so i can start my whole weight loss program. dont get me wrong i did want to start during the school year not too long ago but then i thought about wut i would eat for lunch and the only healthy thing at me school is salad and the salad is nasty!! like going bad nasty!! and the rest is totally not healthy an i kno sum of u must be thinkin well y don u jus bring a lunch an i mean i kno it may sound stupid but id be embarassed to like cause the people that do bring their own lunch get called dorky an stuff like that and its jus not sumthin i wanna go through because i already have to deal with being fat. while im not the biggest girl or person in my school but i still get people saying stuff an its jus tiring. i dont wear any of the things i want to because i feel like someone will say something but then other days im like i dont care. i wanna feel better about myself an the way i look even if im not real thin like all those actress' an stuff but i jus wanna be able to look at myself an feel like i look good no matter wut other ppl say. right now im 5'4 an 216 an by the time school starts up i wanna be down like 30lbs thats like 10lbs a month. if i can lose more GREAT but if not thats my first goal an i hope to jus continue from there. has anyone out there lost 50lbs or more? if u have can u email me PLZZ an tell me how u did it, wut u did stuff like that an how long it took u to get it off. thanx alot i would really appreciate it!! thanx soo much guys!! keep up the good work everybody and u can do it!!
