Happy Memorial Day. Anyways Today I think that I did really good for my weight loss. I had a half bowl of cereal, and I had one for lunch and then for dinner I had two and thats all I have had all day :). And I had one soda. DONT DRINK DIET SODA it has side affects. And I am really not hungry. Has anyone had the McDonalds Salads, and are they good?. And is loosing 2 lbs a week healthy?. Well Plese respond :)
