I think I'm overweight, but everyone around me thinks I'm not. I weigh about 145lbs and am 5'3 3/4 in. I'm pretty muscular, my legs and my arms look fine but I need to work on my stomach. I want to loose weight and I've been eating pretty healthy and doing crunches and running alot. I would just like some encouragement from someone who doesn't have to worry about hurting my fealings and will be honest with me. Thanks for your time .
