**********************************************************Tommarow I am gonna start a diet. I weigh 148 pounds know and I am 5 feet 5 inches tall. I was thinking of eating low fat/calorie cerel and skim milk for breakfast, 2 pieces of whole wheat toast and strawberies for lunch, banana or 2 saltines for a snack, and grilled chicken and rice for dinner. I would also have 8 glasses of water a day and exersize for a hour every day. I need to lose 25 pounds by August because of my modeling/fashion show shoot. Please reply! With Lots Of Love...LISA...
