Hey..ive been on my diet of no junk food..no liquids except for water and lots of fruits and vegetables for lunch and breakfast and whatever my mom nakes for dinner..and without exercising i really did lose 2 lbs in a day..i went to the gym tonight and swam 30 laps so hopefully by tomorrow i will lose a little more..if theres a lot of fruit in your house its easy to eat healthy and lose weight..i have 8 more lbs to go before the end of the month..hope i can do it
