hey ppl, i just wanted to say that u guys r doing great on ur weight loss goals! just put ur mind to it and u can achieve anything! anyways, i just wanted to say jump ropping is great exercise! i've been it for only 4 days (im doing it for exercise b/c i'm only 110 lbs.) and i've grow actually! i grew 3/16 of an inch which isn't a lot but it is a lot for jump ropping for just 4 days! and i've been doing 1,000 jumps everyday and it really gives u a great workout! u guys should try it! And i'm not fooling u about the growing part either (unless ur done growing), before i started jump ropping i was 62 inches and now i'm 62 and 3/16! and yea! please reply! i need to hear what every1 thinks about this! thankx so much!
