I just remembered something that I used to have when I was really small and then i just remembered that a while ago I tried to have it when I wanted something sweet and it helped me lose weight. What you need is an apple I(or unsweetened applesauce),a banana, and some tea biscuit things (should be lower in fat). Take the apple, peel it, and then on a cheese grater thing grate it so you have an applesauce like thing, or just use unsweetened applesauce. Next mush the banana in the same bowl as the applesauce. After that, crush the biscuits so theyre all like powdery... just crushed really well. Then just combine it all. It was some thing that my family used to make as baby food cause its soft, but I remembered that i ate it before and it helped me lose weight, I think it tastes good. Some of you should try it and maybe eat it when you want something sweet, it helped me out a lot.
