ok.... if u are really into exercising then IN THE MORNING take a helf hour walk and thenbye a tae bo tape(BIlly blanks is the best one thats what i have) if u arent into the whole exercice thing, then get yoga(with suzanne deason) its easy and shows results right away. if u dont want to go out and get tapes, its ur loss because thay arent expensiv! now for the meal plan, alll i have to say is CHICKEN and SALAD!! ok stay clear of mac and cheese and anything that comes in a box. try not to eat alot of bread and pasta. instead try whole wheat. day 1(B-breakfast, l=lunch, s=snack,and d=dinner) b- glass of skim milk and whole weat toast w/ a tbs of peanut butter(no juice) l- WATER, turkey sandwich on wheat with lettuce tomato and an orange s-about 7 carrots with fat free dip, water d- WATER, chicken (stear clear of meat, do poultryor fish) grean beans, salad (NO potatoes or starchy foods) dessert jello if u want more just ask if u want more reply
