I thought of a really good idea for those struggling at getting started or just want to restart there life first get all ur homework done then clean ur room really well and then throw out any junk food that tempts u if you can and then lastly take a nice refreshing shower and you can relax and drink a nice big class of water and watch tv and then the next day start ur excercsing part of your weightloss I really think that if people try this it will work and i a going to try this im going to do it sunday because I will clean my room and stuff because i will do homework saturday and then take a shower and relax with a big glass of water then startin monday i can start to do my excercisen and with food bascially try to cut down on stuff so i am gonna do this. GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE
