Hey Ya'll. I was talking to my mother on the phone the other day, and she told me that if you drink 1 1/2 - 2 cups of water about 10 min before each meal, you wont be as hungry and you can make your body think your full. And also if you eat slow you stomach feels full faster so you dont eat as much. She did this every day for about three months and lost like 32 pounds. But she was also walking the dog every day. So like try to stay active and go for like a thirty minute walk every day. Stay active, eat a little less, and every thing should be fine. I know... I have officily started taking my own advice, caz I wanna lose weight as well. See my post from yesterday. Thanks a bunch for listening... or reading anyway!
