hey ya guys im 5'2 and im 132 i did so many thing to lose weigt and yea and ntohing works i reall messed up my metabolism.Cuz in the beginning i was like 156 and i lose those 6 pounds in 2 weeks which is alot for 2 weeks and thne lose all the other weight in a week to wen i got to 145 i stayed that weight for a while then i lose it wen down to 140 like in 3 weeks and yea now im down to 132 and im soo strich i drink TONS of water do LOADS of exercise im very patient and im the same i hate this ne 1 have any advise pweasee reply
