Hey, I'm new to the site... I have a few problems that i just can't seem to fix. 1. My inner thighs, i've tried tons of different squats and lunges... not working... 2. My love handels are awful!! I've tried different style crunches and sit-ups but, nothing is working they just remain there and big. It really sucks cause if it werent for them my body might look okay. All of the clothes i wear are a little tight down there so you can see curves that shouldnt be there. I eat well, ( got a little slack durring Easter) but im getting back into the no sweets and little fat thing. Its really hard cause i feel so fat when i see those parts in the mirror.And summer is almost here, its just about time for bathinsuits.... Please any exersize ideas would be highly appreciated!!!!
