Hey guys...not doing so well today. I am trying to give up junk food, it's definetely not as easy as it sounds! I have a trip to Washington D.C. in less than a month..I think..or a month...anyway, I want to get to at least 135 before I go and I weigh 142 right now!! Is that a good goal? Too much? Not enough? I'm sorta new to this stuff....all my family eats is junk too and if I ask them to help me they refuse!! What should I do?? Oh, and Chelsea...will u email me? I want to talk to you!!
