Slim fast is a really great diet.If you try it im telling you you'll drop off the pounds.Just be sure you eat a sensible dinner and treat your self to 3 lowfat or healthy snacks a day and you'll lose to.I've lost 13 pounds and i didnt starve myself or develop a eating disorder.Plus you always have to add exercise no matter what and drink plenty of water good luck.
