Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Hey I have a question... I've been working out really hard lately. I'm running four miles a day and going to the gym every other day. But now, I've gained two pounds. I was steadily losing weight for a while and I haven't changed my healthy diet. So, where did the two pounds come from? How can I know if they're 2 pounds of newly formed muscle (from working out so hard) or two pounds of fat?
