OK GIRLY THIS ONE'S FOR U........ I actually can lose 1-2 pounds a day if i'm luckey. I eat egg whites for breakfast, for a snack i usually have a special k bar or an apple, for lunch a chicken wrap or salad with a piece of fruit or sum vegetables, snack after i get home normally another piece of friut, and for supper i eat half a cup of rice, vegetables, and a chicken breast. For exercise, i usually jump rope for a little while, and work out on my recumbent bike. Thats what i do for six days straight and than i have a cheat day where i eat whatever i want whenever i want. I know people say it's not a good thing to cheat once ur one a role but ur body gets used to u eating the same food over and over again, so u trick it by eating foods u wouldn't eat while ur on this diet. I hope everyone else will try this diet, cuz i have lost 30 pounds so far, and my uncle lost 75 pounds in 7 months on this diet, and one of him clients has already lost 40. This diet is for anyone, so i strongly advise u too try it. I was once 165 with a huge gut and now i'm 140 and my stomach has shruken so much (Kick A$$). Just 20 more pounds till i get to my goal. Good luck to the people that want to try this.
