Ok guys, here is a trick that has worked for me. This is for all of you who want help with bikinis and stuff... What you do is you practice, every day during school, after school, on the bus, whenever, you practice sucking you stomach in and breathing normally. If you do this enough, your ab muscles will start getting stonger, and when you wear bikinis it looks like you have a completly flat stomach. *Note- Only works if you are mildly overweight* God bless, have a good summer.
