Hello, sorry to everyone if i was begining to be an annoyance...but anyways I am on a new diet, i dont have more than 1500 colories a day, i ride my bike for 10 minutes which at the time is all i can do :( and i started drinking tons of water and excersizing, i also am starting to take the mega T diet pills. Does this sound ok? thanks a lot
