if anyone is kind enough to help a girl that loves food but feels that she needs to be on a strict diet to suceed and keep her goals out by making a diet plan that will work and help me lose 50-60 lbs bu August I would REALLY apperciate it! i hope to consume about 1,200 calories a day so if you could base it around that with protien,fiber ect but little sweets you would be a lifesaver to me and 1000000 other people on here looking for one! thanks (ps- i cant cook that well)
