Hey people. I'm 5'5 aND 143 pounds. I'm looking to loose about 20 pounds in three months. Anyone have any tips on how to loose the weight EASILY? It needs to be easy because i dont think my parents would approve of me loosing weight drastically. I go to the gym about twice a week, and i do cardio every day atfer school for 15 min.
