GUESS WHAT?!??!? I was 160 about 2 weeks ago and now Im 152 and guess wht...And out of that I just exercised for 4 days...NOT MUCH AT ALL>>>But i did watch wht i ate..So now Im ready to lose more and get down to 135 by June 1...I love it!!! Once u lose wight ull love it because u just feel better about urself even if its just 5 pounds ull see urself as a diff person when u look in the mirror
