I'm doing Atkins like you guys said but some days I can't eat meat so is just salad okay are there any other non meat protein rich no carb foods you guys know of?I'm doing a program tape called lift weighs to lose weigh by Kathy Smith has anyone else tried this? I did the 20min upper body yesterday and the 20 min lower body this morning I'm thinking of adding a cardio too inbetween days does anyone know a good cardio moves? What do you guys think a good plan YES or NO????
