Hey people, i found out something im sorta excited about. if you get you weight (which you have to convert to kilos for this to work) and then times your weight in kilos by 26, you get the daily amount of calories you need to live, now to lose weight you of course have to reduce this, but do not go below 25%, so basically if you need about 1900 calories a day like me, do not reduce your calorie intake by any more than 475. NEAT HUH???
